HOW LONG CAN I USE REWARD DOLLARS?
Reward dollars will remain active for three (3) months after they’re released. We’ll be sure to alert you when your reward dollars are about to expire (so you can go ahead and purchase that pillow you’ve been eyeing!).
WILL MY POINTS BE RECORDED ONLINE AND IN STORE?
Yes – as long as you create an account upon checkout when shopping online. Points are not earned from online purchases made as a guest.
HOW DO I EARN REWARD DOLLARS?
Reward Dollars are earned based on merchandise prices only; taxes, shipping, and processing charges, delivery charges, and purchases made with a Lord & Lady physical or e-gift card are not eligible to earn rewards.
