This service is perfect for someone looking to add a few new pieces to mix in with existing furniture, update lighting fixtures or furnish a full room. With your floor plan and space photos, our sales team can bring the timeless Cape House touch to your home.

In-store consultations are complementary.
How long does it take?
Every project is different! Product availability is still an ever-changing situation, so be sure to share any special events or desired completion dates with your Design Specialist. Typically, the longest lead time is on custom upholstery items, currently estimated at 12-14 weeks.We have many vendors with in-stock and ready-to-ship items and an in-stock catalog that shows all our current inventory.
Will you deliver?
Delivery services for Cape House purchases are available within 50 miles from Amelia Island. Our delivery team will assemble and place your items in their final location if the space is cleared if the space is cleared. Cape House is not responsible for moving your existing items. If you need assistance moving or relocating them, please discuss with your Design Specialist before delivery to ensure that we schedule adequate time and resources as well as collect any additional fees required.
Rug delivery fees vary based on the scope of work required.

Will you ship?
Yes; receiving and delivery outside of our local area will be quoted on an individual basis.
How long will you store my items?
We prefer to deliver a finished result and full install experience once all your pieces arrive. So, we provide complimentary storage of items until we receive the final item on your initial order.
Storage fees will apply starting 30 days after the final item from your initial order arrives.
Can you help me with tile selections?
No - We can help you with all the items that make a house a home. We don’t the make the house - we make the home.
Can you hep with paint colors?
Yes! As we help make selections for your room, we can provide paint recommendations to help pull the space together.
Do you hang mirrors?
No – We do have a preferred list of vendors including recommended handyman services, which we would be happy to share during our initial design meeting.
