We couldn't think of a more Fall appropriate cocktail than a Hot Toddy!
Ready for a history lesson? This tasty fall cocktail tells the tale of an Irish doctor named Robert Bently Todd. Todd ordered his unwell patients to drink cinnamon and sugar water mixed with hot brandy. Rumor has it that the drink originated in India but the doctor's who incorporated it into prescriptions made it famous.
Not only is the Hot Toddy a favorite remedy during cold-season, but it also makes for a delicious fall treat.
While we're not quite ready to sip warm drinks fireside, we've been itching for the tastes and scents of fall. So what's a southerner to do?! We combined our CAMP Craft Cocktail Hot Toddy mix with iced tea - for a tasty (and refreshing!) beverage.
